ALBATROZ ENGINEERING IS LOOKING FOR AN

Software Engineer (ref. 1403)

Albatroz Engineering created a system to inspect over-head lines named Power Line Maintenance Inspection [PLMI], which involves a great deal of signal processing and algorithms. This innovative system measures accurately the distance between conductors, surrounding vegetation and obstacles and the ground and returns reports where distances are insufficient. This system has been developed in two modes: PLMI to be used in commercial helicopters, and Ground Maintenance Inspection for line inspections performed on the ground with the aid of ATVs underneath the electrical lines.

To develop new applications that respond to new market demands and growing offer, Albatroz Engineering looks for an engineer to integrate its software development team.

This person will integrate the team that is responsible by the development, implementation and test of georeferenced and geometric data, both real time and offline, 3D visualization tools and integration with georeferenced databases.

Real time interfaces for flight operation and mobile operation on the ground will also be developed.
